How to start?
After signup, first they are offering qualifier tasks to checkout
that if you able to do the tasks or not. Once you passed out particular
qualifier you will start receiving tasks related to that qualifier. You will
also earn XP for completing tasks, more XP means higher level. So it may
increase chance for receiving more tasks.
Referral Program: Why to join under someone?
Their referral program is quite interesting. If you are joining under someone then for
each payout user who have referred you will earn some referral bonus, not only
that even you will going to earn some referral bonus as you have joined under someone. So it is
kind of benefit if you are joining under someone, for both of you. Read more

About Payout
They have recently made some changes in payout section. In
past minimum payout was 1$. But now it is increased to 5$ which is not that
hard too as many users are making 15 to 20$ every week. My personal highest was
14$ in a week.
They are paying on every Friday I guess. Once you reach to
payout which is 5$, they will automatically process your payment on Friday. You
must provide your PAYPAL address in settings to receive your payment.
